What is Pricebunch?

Each day Pricebunch features an incredible discount on the best things to do or try in the city. We're able to get unbeatable deals because we guarantee businesses a minimum number of customers. The deals we feature are exclusive to Pricebunch members, so if you have a few minutes to spare, fill out our membership form (it's free to join!) and experience your city in a whole new way.

How can I purchase today's deal?

Simply click the "BUY" button before the timer runs out because once it's gone, it's gone forever! If enough people commit to the deal before the time limit runs out your card will be charged and we'll provide you a link to print your Pricebunch Certificate. However, if the minimum number of people needed isn't reached, nobody gets charged and the deal becomes void. So...unless you're a loner, tell your friends to check out the deal so everyone can share in on the fun.

What happens if the minimum isn't reached?

A minimum number of Pricebunch members must commit to the deal before the timer runs out. If we don’t reach the minimum, the deal becomes void and no one is able to enjoy the deal. Sorry, but rules are rules. If the deal becomes Bunch'd (our way of saying that the minimum has been reached), everyone gets the deal!

I purchased a Pricebunch Certificate. What do I do now?

An email containing a link to view and print your Pricebunch Certificate will be sent to you. Or you can log into your Pricebunch account and print your certificate from there.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will only be charged within 24 hours of a Bunch'd promotion. If the promotion does not reach the minimum number needed, your card will never be charged.

Do I have to use my Pricebunch Certificate the same day?

Every certificate has its own conditions but normally the certificate will be valid the day after the promotion runs. You will never be required to use your Pricebunch Certificate on the date of purchase.

Do I need my I.D. to verify my Pricebunch Certificate?

The answer is no, unless you plan on drinking alcoholic beverages, in which case it's suggested that you bring some form of identification. Each certificate has a unique serial number and can be used once by who ever has it in their possession. So feel free to buy multiples (unless otherwise stated) and give them away as gifts to your friends and family.

What if I want to purchase a Pricebunch Certificate as a gift?

Purchase and print out the certificate, then give it to the lucky recipient. Or you can enter the email address of the recipient during checkout and an email will be sent to them containing a link for them to view and print out the certificate.

Do you guys have a referal program?

I'm glad you asked, because we do! If a referral subscribes to our newsletter within 72 hours, you will receive a $10 credit to your Pricebunch account when they complete their first purchase.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

Absolutely not! Even if you happen to be Kevin Bacon, there is no limit to how much Pricebunch credit you can earn. So spread the word like it's your job.

Can I return a Pricebunch Certificate?

All sales are final. Unless your card was overcharged or the business closes, we generally do not offer returns. As the certificates are issued through the merchant, any concerns you have with their product or service should be taken up with them. Contact us at support@pricebunch.com for more information.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Of course! As for anything on the internet we are skeptical just like everyone else and take your privacy extremely seriously. If you don’t believe us, click the link below and you can read how serious we (and our lawyers) take it. Don’t worry we never sell or give your information out to anyone.

Is my credit card info secure?

Absolutely! Your personal information is securely transferred electronically through a 128 bit encrypted SSL. We never even see the information; it goes straight to the processing companies and is never stored on our site or servers.
